Can you handle both through-hole and surface mount assembly?

Yes, we offer both through-hole assembly (THT) and surface mount technology (SMT) assembly, and can handle mixed-technology PCB assembly as well.

What file formats do you need for PCBA orders?

We typically need a Gerber file for the manufacturing PCB layout, a BOM (bill of materials) listing all components, and a centroid coordinate file (pick and place file) for component placement.

Can you source components for the PCBA?

Yes, we provide component procurement services. We can source all the components needed for custom assembly based on the BOM (bill of materials) you provide..

Can you provide full services Project development ?

Yes, we can serve as your partner solely for PCBA production, or we can manage the entire project, including R&D,Open Mold, Prototyping, Software and Firmware development, Flashing, Assembly, Certification, Packaging, and Shipment

Do you offer prototyping services for PCBA?

Yes, we provide PCBA prototyping services, our team will evaluate all manufacturing issues before production to meet customer’s standards

What are the costs

The cost depends on several factors, including the complexity of the board, types and number of components, and the quantity of the order. We provide detailed quotes based on specific project requirements.

Hong long it takes to develop a full Project

1 month for prototype , and 6 months to develop a new entire project based on our experiences. It can be less or more according the complexity of your solution.

Do you Provide Reverse Ingineering ?

Yes we can do Reverse Ingineering to create STP file from existing product and rework or upgrade Open Mold. and we can analyse your PCBA to understand its design, components layout and funtionalities.
